That kind of stuff is obviously private. In general: If someone is writing to you claiming to be my girlfriend, brother, cousin, old friend from high school, or some guy I was in a band with, it’s almost definitely not true. However, if you’re having fun with it, who am I to stop you?

I’ve always seen myself as a writer more than a musician. When I think a song feels poorly written or lazy, it doesn’t matter how amazing the performance is.

I think she’s very pretty, I wasn’t speaking for myself. The entertainment industry doesn’t often support people, when in doubt (and it’s usually in doubt) it supports cartoon characters. Also, I definitely said “Best,” in quotes and then called that concept ridiculous.

I didn’t like producing very much. I’ve had some great times but a lot of frustrating ones. I may return to it someday but right now I’m really enjoying making my own records
